The term refers to any public, private, or public-private Person developing, operating and managing a technological enterprise within STZ and licensed as such by the Authority. A Zone Enterprise may develop and/or operate its facility or physical infrastructure for its own use; however, it cannot sublease or rent-out the facility to another Zone Enterprise.
